About The SALUS Group

The SALUS Group was founded in 2012 by Dr. Deborah Burgess, a retired Air Force Colonel Physician. Dr. Burgess was the founding Director of the Air Force Medical Modeling and Simulation Training (AFMMAST) Program and built and managed 80 simulation centers worldwide.

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

As COO, Larry is leading our team into the future. He is responsible for our current business strategy as well as the successful execution of our long-term growth plans to ensure that we continue to serve our customers in the best way possible. Larry brings extensive insight and technical expertise in business operations including a proven and disciplined record of driving growth without losing site of the needs of the customer. Larry has over 30 years of experience in the Modeling and Simulation industry; for the last 14 years, with a primary focus in Healthcare Simulation.
